Quick Weight Loss – Not All It’s Cracked Up To Be

Thursday, May 14th, 2009

Is quick weight loss a good idea? It all depends what you consider quick. Some people follow what used to be called ‘crash’ diets, eating next to nothing for a limited period of time in an attempt to lose weight as quickly as possible. This is seldom a good idea, for several reasons. First, super quick weight loss necessitates following such a restrictive diet that the dieter is more than likely to feel deprived – indeed, he or she has an excellent reason for feeling this way! A diet very low in calories is unlikely to provide adequate nutrition, so it leaves you feeling hungry, deprived and resentful. People have different reactions to this; some rebel, while others are convinced that they don’t deserve to eat normally and that they’ll never be able to, without gainin weight. In other words, crash diets set the stage for future eating disorders.

Also, very quick weight loss seldom stays off. That’s because most people’s bodies tend to have two metabolism ’settings’, probably left over from those of early humans. When food is plentiful, it is consumed as needed, and the excess is stored in the form of fat. But when food is scarce (like during a restrictive diet) your body is convinced that it’s going through a ‘famine’ time, and metolism slows down to conserve energy. If you’re after quick weight loss, that’s the last thing that you want, of course. And after you start to eat normally again, your body might still think that it’s in a famine and needs to hold on to every bit of energy it can. In fact, some chronic dieters succeed in permanently slowing down their metabolism to the point where they end up gaining more weight than they ever lost in the first place. That’s because lost muscle weight can sometimes be replaced by an equal volume of fat.

The real key to quick weight loss, therefore, is not cutting calories but increasing activity so that you burn more of them more quickly. Consider the fact that ballet dancers can lose up to five pounds in a single performance – now that’s quick weight loss! Of course, most of us will never be active enough to lose weight that quickly, but certainly a daily workout, long or short, can help get you on the road to quick weight loss. An exercise program coupled with watching what you eat is absolutely optimal in allowing you to lose weight fast. Don’t be tempted by gimmicks or pills, though; at best, they are likely to be waste of money, and at worst, they can be downright dangerous.

If you’re serious about losing weight, there are 3 things, when combined, can make your battle much, much easier. The first is Hoodia Gordoni. Hoodia reduces your appetite in minutes, causing you to eat less. The second is Weight Loss Patch Pro that boosts your metabolism so that you burn the maximum amount of fat each day. The third important ingredient is Dietrine carb blocker, which blocks most of the fat and carbohydrates in the food you eat from going into your body.

Try These Easy Weight Loss Tips

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009

Whether you have a little or a lot of weight to lose, it can seem daunting. Nowadays, we are inundated with stories of people who lose weight and gain it back again, or who find it difficult to lose weight at all. Over time, it’s easy to become convinced that weight loss just isn’t going to happen for you, or that it will require a total change of lifestyle. This just isn’t true, as these easy weight loss tips will prove.

Weight loss tip #1: Keeping in mind that society is geared toward large portion size and getting more for your money, simply divide all the portions you’ve been eating (especially those you eat out) in half. See how it feels to just eat half a restaurant meal, then stop. Have the rest packed up for lunch the next day. Chances are, you won’t be hungry after eating half the meal, but if you are, eat another quarter. Then have the rest packed up. You’re not depriving yourself – a generation ago, the half- or three-quarter meal you end up eating is more or less the same amount of food as a full meal you would have been served a generation ago. Even cookies and muffins that you buy to go have been supersized – again, eat half.

Weight loss tip #2: Walk as much as possible. Get in the habit. It’s great to go to the gym and work out, but in its own way, ‘built-in’ exercise is even better. It requires no special equipment, you don’t have to schedule time for it – you just do it as a matter of course. Remember, until cars became commonplace, walking is how most people got around most of the time. In many European cities, they still do. And people who do this are seldom overweight – go figure!

Weight loss tip #3: Eat real food. In other words, avoid boxes and cans, and eat things that are in their natural form – or as close to it as possible. In the supermarket, shop around the edges – the meat and produce – and avoid the inside aisles. Preparing ‘real’ food might be a bit more work, but it’s very rewarding, and much healthier.

These are not very ‘high powered’ weight loss tips – you won’t lose a pound a day, or whatever the leading programs claim. These are healthy, enjoyable changes that are meant to last a lifetime – and over time, you will lose weight. What’s more, your weight loss will be gradual and safe, and you’ll keep the weight off permanently.

Acupuncture Weight Loss Plus 5 Step Weight Loss Plan

Thursday, April 9th, 2009

I remember back in my senior year of high school – my best friend since 5th grade was living in France. He wrote that they didn’t like Americans much. “They think we’re all fat,” he said. With his own skinny frame, of course, he confounded their belief.

But, he added a funny, or perhaps ironic capstone to the issue. “I went to a store, and they were selling statues of these fat people, and, at the base of each one was written, ‘American.’”

Obesity is not only an American problem. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it’s a global problem. They call it globesity. Parodoxically, their understanding of this problem began with their original mission to eliminate hunger and malnutrition. We live in a world where many have nothing to eat, and many eat too much. From 1995 to 2000, the number of obese adults worldwide mushroomed from 200 million to 300 million. That’s a 50% increase in just 5 years!
What is Obesity, and What is Overweight?

Overweight means an excess of body weight. This excess weight may be muscle, bone, fat, and/or body water. Obesity refers specifically to an abnormally high proportion of body fat. You can be overweight without being obese – for example, a bodybuilder or other highly-muscled athlete. But many people who are overweight are also obese. The main way to determine whether you are overweight or obese is with the body mass index (BMI). It doesn’t directly measure body fat, and it’s not gender specific, but it does give you a pretty reliable estimation.

To find your BMI, divide your weight (in kilograms) by your height in meters squared. Yep, for the math-challenged, that’s complex, so I’ll give you a website that will figure it out for you, the National Institute’s of Health BMI calculator (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/). This will very quickly tell you if you are normal, overweight, or obese, and it does all the calculating and metric conversions for you!

Overweight is defined as a BMI above 25 (including those above 30 BMI, too), and obese is a BMI above 30. So, all obese people are overweight, but not all overweight people are obese.

The Obesity Epidemic

Obesity isn’t just about not feeling good or having trouble getting dates

* It leads to more than 300,000 premature deaths each year in the United States. 90,000 are preventable cancer deaths. (CDC)

* Severely obese men die 13 years sooner than men of normal weight (JAMA).

* As a killer in America, obesity is second only to tobacco. (CDC)

The Weight Loss Industry

* Spending: Americans spend between $40-50 billion per year to lose weight.

* Results: I haven’t seen any recent news that Americans are getting any thinner – have you?

* Conclusion: What people are doing isn’t working. If we want different results, we have to try a different solution.

Acupuncture Weight Loss: Fantasy, or Fact?

* Fantasy or Fact? As a well-trained and fairly conservative Chinese medicine practitioner, I had assumed that acupuncture for weight loss was a marketing fad and a patient fantasy.

* Evidence: But while researching my upcoming book Chinese Medicine: A Practical Guide to Optimal Healing, I found some surprisingly positive information that changed my mind.

Chinese Medicine’s Collective Clinical Data on Acupuncture Weight Loss

Chinese Medicine has thousands of years of clinical experience. This collective data not as convincing as randomized controlled trials are, but it does contain truth – it’s imperfect but still valid and important.

A U.S. government study in the 80’s concluded that 85% of western medicine is based on clinical experience, not on research. (Office of Technology Assessment of the Congress of the United States, The Impact of Randomized Controlled Trials on Health Policy and Medical Practice, Background Paper OTA-BP-H-22. Also see Michael Millenson’s book, Demanding Medical Excellence)

There is good Chinese Medicine research in Taiwan, Australia, and Europe that gets ignored by American scientists and media. Much research in Chinese has not even been translated into English.
Seven Studies of Acupuncture for Weight Loss

How it works: By enhancing the function of two neuroendocrine pathways that regulate many bodily processes, including metabolism.

What it does:

* Lowers body weight, body fat, insulin levels, and lipid levels in the blood

* Decreases excessive appetite and makes it easier to satisfy your hunger with less food.

* Decreases menopausal weight gain

* In one study, acupuncture took off 10 pounds in 2 months – that translates to 60 lbs in a year!

* Combined with diet control, and aerobic counseling it not only takes off the pounds and body fat, but keeps them off, especially if you’re diligent with their exercise.

(See references at end of article for the research)
Ephedra misuse and mislegislation

Ephedra is a Chinese herb for colds and coughs. It has been misused to increase metabolism, and this misuse has caused numerous deaths. As a result, the FDA is considering a total ban on ephedra products. We can blame two major things:

1. Supplement companies that care more about your money than your health (no, not all of them are that way, but some of them are, especially the ones that market weight loss formulations).

2. The idea that you can medicate yourself safely with herbs – self-medication of any kind is risky. Self-medication with herbs is off the radar, and people generally think they can do it safely. The ephedra debacle is an example of how dangerous it can be.

Traditionally, Chinese herbs are given in formulas (not singly), which is safer and more personalized. They’re prescribed by a Chinese medicine practitioner who diagnoses your specific imbalances first. Ephedra would never be given for weight loss, but only for certain kinds of colds and coughs, and only to people whose body’s can handle it.

No traditional Chinese herbs should be outlawed without allowing Chinese medical practitioners to continue to use them traditionally.
Food Cravings

* Problem #1 (Enzyme Deficiency): The foods you crave depending on your personal imbalances. Modern digestive science explains that when your body can’t digest a food, you crave more of it – you’re not getting what you need from it. This lead to a cycle of craving and overeating the exact food you can’t digest.

* Problem #2 (Low Blood Sugar): Another vicious cycle happens when you can’t digest complex carbs, so your blood sugar is low, so you eat simple carbs that raise your blood sugar which raises insulin, which lowers your blood sugar again, and your stuck eating donuts and feeling horrible.

* Solution: Enzymes (I recommend various enzyme formulations from a company called Transformations) and Chinese herbal formulas can help you digest your food and break both of these cycles

Weight can be lost safely if done slowly and naturally.

You can lose up to 2 lbs per week without gaining it back. That means you could lose 104 lbs this year and keep it off!

Positive change is like stretching a rubber band- if you stretch too far too fast, it breaks or snaps back on you.

So avoid the temptation to take an easy solution like ephedra or citrus aurantium (both misused Chinese herbs), because you’ll gain the weight back, and you’re risking heart problems and stroke.
5 Things to Do Right Now
To Lose 10 Pounds Within 2 Months
And Keep Them Off:

1. Avoid heavily marketed supplements – instead, see a professional trained herbalist (acupuncturist) – it’s safer and more effective – my preference would be a Chinese medicine practitioner, but some very well-educated western herbalists are good too.

2. Acupuncture Weight Loss: See an acupuncturist/chinese herbalist – Get acupuncture (once to three times per week) to SAFELY regulate your metabolism and hunger-satisfaction. Your acupuncturist can also get you the herbs that will balance your digestion and cravings – and based on your Chinese pattern diagnosis, they can also give you personalized diet advice. Herbs and enzymes (specific formulations from the enzyme company, Transformations) can eliminate your food cravings.

3. Develop a plan and goals with your acupuncturist and aerobics instructor- make it realistic, and stick to it. If you mess up, don’t beat yourself up, just get back on track as soon as you can. Any progress is better than none at all.

4. Eat less, exercise more – Eat a low fat diet, and don’t miss breakfast! Weigh yourself regularly, and exercise an hour a day. Start by walking a few minutes each day, or take the stairs at work. Don’t overdo it! Remember the rubber band. In fact, you may want to wear a rubber band on your wrist to remind yourself to make changes slowly. Get some aerobic exercise help- a public class, or private aerobic counseling.

5. Join a support group like Weight Watchers or Overeaters Anonymous. There’s nothing like positive friends to encourage you and keep you on track. OA members say that this spiritual program of action has changed the way they relate to food.

Herbal Weight Loss Products – What to Look For and What to Avoid

Saturday, March 21st, 2009

Herbal weight loss products are an excellent alternative to seeking medical assistance for weight loss medication, and in many cases are more safe and effective than traditional medications for weightloss. So what should you look for in an herbal supplement for losing weight, and what should you avoid? The list could go on and on, since their is literally a laundry list of herbs that will help you burn more calories, suspend and control appetite, and assist in fat burning.

We’ll start with an explanation of what herbal fat burners, appetite suppressants and natural thermogenic supplements can do for you. First, they can do the obvious – control your appetite so you eat less. Second, they can boost your energy levels, which in turn helps you burn calories more quickly and efficiently, and also gives you a little mood boost in the process. Third, they can help you burn fat by creating more “internal heat” (thermogenic energy), which in turn burns fat and helps to convert calories to energy rather than to fat.

Herbs to Look for in a Weight Loss Product

1.) Concentrated Green Tea Extract – Green Tea has been used as a powerful antioxidant and multifunctional remedy for disease, aging and weightloss assistant for hundreds of years.
Green Tea extract also contains natural substances called epigallocatechin gallate or EGCG, which is a known cancer fighter and energy enhancer.

2.) L-Carnitine – This natural compound has several functions as an ingredient in herbal weight loss products and energy enhancing supplements. L-Carnitine is a central player in energy production and maintenance. It assists in the burning of excess body fat by enhancing cellular energy and activity in the brain.

L-Carnitine also improves mental and physical performance levels, helps to slow the aging process, decreases symptoms of depression and acts as a mood enhancer, and helps to support
bodily functions that typically demand high energy expenditures.

3.) Fucus vesiculosus otherwise known as Bladderwrack – Bladderwrack is an excellent hormone balancer, which in turn can help to control the appetite. Research has documented time and time again that hunger is directly related to
fluctuations in hormones and hormonal imbalance – in both men and women.

In fact, hunger is controlled by two hormones – one called ghrelin, which was dicovered by scientists in early 2001 as the hormone that regulates hunger and tells the brain when
it is time to eat. The other is a more well known hormone called leptin, which controls food intake and body weight and prolongs periods in between food cravings and urges.

4.) Chromium (this one is actually a mineral, but we’ll cheat a little here) – Chromium has been called a “miracle mineral” for its abilities to control and stabilize blood sugar levels. While I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a “miracle mineral”, I will say this – Chromium is a great addition to a weight loss product, since the mineral actually helps in fat reduction and the formation of lean, sculpted muscles through the
manipulation and contral of blood sugar, fat storage and the utilization of calories.

Herbs to Avoid in an Herbal Weight Loss Product

1.) Guarana – This herb is a stimulant that may cause nervousness, dizziness and sleeplessness in some people. There are individuals that tolerate this herb well, and for those people it can probably be an option for short term usage to boost energy levels and help burn fat.

2.) Ma Huang – Ma Huang diet products or supplements containing Ma Huang, which is just another form of the banned ephedra, are known to also cause nervousness, rapid heart beat and dizziness. Again, if you tolerate caffeine and other stimulants well, this may be a short term weight loss option for you, but is not recommended since there are so many other good herbs out there that will enhance energy levels and burn fat that have ZERO effect on your sense of health and well being, do not cause rapid heart beat of nervousness, and do not cause “let down” periods after the product has worn off.

3.) Cola or cola nut – Another stimulant. Try to avoid it if you can.

Well, we’ve covered the basics of herbal diet supplement shopping. Although this list is short, it should give you a basic understanding of what to look for and what to avoid when shopping online or in stores for your diet product.
Don’t forget, a good diet must be built on wise food choices and some kind of physical activity to be a success. Herbal diet products can help you get there – you just need to know what you’re getting!

Daily Weight Loss Motivation

Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009

When you are faced with the daily challenge of trying to lose weight, you will need to find ways to stay motivated every day. The factors that keep weight loss motivation high include your specific goals, your ability to envision what you want to achieve, and the degree of success you have in the beginning.

Daily motivation requires a special, concerted effort, and it is not always easy. One great way to keep weight loss motivation high is to find an Internet support group to check in with every day. There are many such chat groups and forums on the web.

Another idea is to keep a daily journal of your progress, struggles and success. You can keep a record of your daily diet or write in your journal about the journey and challenge of losing weight and the emotions connected to it.

Weight loss motivation will stay fresh with something tangible that you can look at to remind you of your goals. For example, you can tape a picture of yourself when you were at a more ideal weight to your refrigerator door. You can buy an outfit in your ideal size and hang it in your closet where you will see it every day. There are many books filled with affirmations and inspiration for dieters. Buy one, and read a bit of it every day.

The motivation to lose weight may not come from the same place every day. If you can develop some strategies for keeping your daily motivation high, you are much more likely to be successful and bounce back quickly if you have any setbacks. Whatever you ultimately see as your motivation for losing weight, you do not have to face the challenge alone.

There are resources and people available for anyone who takes the time to seek them. Make a daily commitment to do at least one thing in support of your goal, and you may soon find that the behaviors that support weight loss have become second nature to you!

Easy Weight Loss

Thursday, February 12th, 2009

A really easy, fast way to weight loss is walking a lot. If the other things you’ve tried haven’t worked, or if the results aren’t quite what you’re looking for, try walking twice a day, every day.

This is the time of year when walking outdoors is easier. It’s usually cooler, and less humid, but not so cold as winter.

Aim for walking 2 miles a day. One mile in the morning, and one in the afternoon.

Most people are notoriously bad about mental distance measurements, so I suggest using your car to stake out a full mile.

As an alternative, use the rough rule that most healthy adults walking a fairly brisk pace will walk at 3-4 miles per hour. So if you do a fast 20 minute walk, you’ve probably got your time in.

20 minutes is also good because most people can get their walking in during a break at work in the morning. Even better, probably, would be walking in the early morning before the day gets going (you’re more likely to get it done) but some folks have trouble fitting that in.

Either way, get a mile in during the morning. Then aim for another mile in the afternoon or evening. When walking, breathe deeply and steadily. The results will surprise you.

Fast Weight Loss It May be Easier Than You Think!

Tuesday, February 10th, 2009

If a weight loss program seems too good to be true – for example, if it offers you incredibly fast weight loss, like a pound a day or more – you have good reason to be suspicious. No legitimate program can rightly claim to help you lose incredible amounts of weight at this type of speed – it just wouldn’t be healthy, and would not normally occur ina a healthy body. However, there are natural methods of fast weight loss that may allow you to lose a substantial amount of weight in a short time. It’s all a matter of balancing how many calories you take in and how many you burn. If you want to stay at the same weight, you should ingest as many calories as you burn. If you want to lost weight, you should burn more than you ingest. If you want your weight loss to be fast, you should burn a lot more than you ingest. For this to happen, you have to cut your food intake and increase your exercise all at the same time.

There are not tricks to weight loss, really. You just have to burn more than you take in – plain and simple. Programs such as Weight Watchers can help you keep track of what you eat, but so can various books that are on the market. Then, enrolling at a gym is your first step to guaging how much you burn while exercising, and improving that figure. A lot of gym equipment tells you how many calories you have burned while you use it. This is a good first step, though it is, of course, just an estimate based on your weight and how much energy you are putting out. A personal trainer (available at many gyms, even community center gyms) can also give you information like that.

It doesn’t stop there, though. Fast weight loss requires you to increase your activity level every chance you get – walking instead of driving to the store, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and so on. Then, look at decreasing your calorie intake – but don’t go under the levels recommended by the board of health, generally 1200 for a woman and 1500 for a man. Some diets do take you below this calorie level, but at a risk to your health – it’s hard to meet your nutritional requirments when eating a restrictive diet. In fact, depending on your activity level, you may well need to eat more than that minimum number of calories daily. Pay attention to how hungry you are, and learn to differentiate true hunger from just wanting to eat. A weight loss program should allow you to eat enough food so that you don’t feel hungry.

Weight Loss Pills Miracle Drugs or Money Wasters

Sunday, February 8th, 2009

Losing weight is a lifelong commitment. It takes patience and self-discipline to stick with a weight loss program and wait for the end results. Many people want to find the magic shortcut that will make the process just a little shorter and less difficult. Many over-the-counter and prescription pills are purchased for just this purpose. They are available from pharmacies, natural health food stores, and even online. But are these weight loss pills the miracle drugs they claim to be? Or are they just a waste of money?

How Does A Weight Loss Pill Work?

Prescription weight loss pills work in one of three ways. Most of the pills on the market simply suppress the appetite and help you eat less. Others aim to increase your feeling of fullness after eating. Some of the newest weight loss pills on the market work by inhibiting the absorption of fat. Over the counter weight loss pills usually contain a stimulant that helps to decrease your appetite. The only complete weight management system which I approve of is the “Slimirex

Weight Loss Plans – Pick One and Stick To It!

Saturday, January 24th, 2009

Most people, who are overweight or even obese, did not get there overnight. The same is true for those that have lost a considerable amount of weight that they need to gain back. This article will focus mostly on those who are trying to lose weight, since that seems to be the recent trend in society.

Many people take a positive step when they decide to lose weight. The problem starts when they skip the first step and jump in to some sort of immediate food deprivation to their body. There are several things you must do before you start a diet, while you are on a diet, and when you finish a diet. The first step is probably the most important of all.

Initially, you must evaluate your situation. Questions you should ask yourself should include what is your desired weight, how long have you been at your current weight, and how did you reach the current weight you have. When you look at the weight you desire to be, you must consult a professional to determine if that weight is realistic for your height and bone density. Additionally, there could be serious health risks if you attempt to lose weight too fast or use a method that is not safe for your body.

The length of time you have been at your current weight is directly related to how fast you should try to lose the weight. Your body must learn a new regime, so gradually phasing in the new changes will make it much easier. The longer you take to lose those unhealthy pounds, the greater your chances of keeping your desired weight and staying healthy longer.

How you reached your current weight speaks to your lifestyle. Many changes will probably be required in order to achieve your goal. These decisions are the actual commitment to the diet.

The second step is the diet itself. There are so many weight loss plans to choose, so the important thing is to stick to the one you pick! Set small, short-term goals that are achievable. Take it step by step.

Finally, once you have achieved your desired weight, continue those things that got you there. Reward yourself occasionally with small portions of your favorite foods. Keep up a strict exercise regime that suits your body and lifestyle. Losing weight is only one benefit of smart weight loss plans. The best benefit is how you will feel!

Discover the Best Weight Loss Exercise Ever!

Monday, January 12th, 2009

The Best Weight Loss Exercise

The exercise the experts are keeping a Secret. The easiest exercise in the world actually “Burns the Most Fat”!

There is only one weight loss exercise that’s the best fat burning exercise for everyone by far, there’s not even a close second.

However, most so-called weight-loss experts don’t teach this exercise, either because they are ignorant of the facts, or more than likely, because they can’t make any money from it.

They can’t make any money from the best weight loss workout, because you don’t need to join a gym, and you don’t need to buy any exercise equipment to do it.

People who advise that…

You have to go through all the different exercise routines on all the different exercise equipment in a gym, or buy all this weird exercise equipment, or that you need to be running for weight loss, are just giving you the runaround.

Weight Lifting As a Weight Loss Exercise

Many people who call themselves experts, make the claim that since muscles burn fat, you need to build big muscles so that you can burn more fat, and so…

You should work with weights, because that builds the biggest muscles.

That’s totally misleading, but it sells a lot of gym memberships, and lots of exercise equipment.

Many people are looking for a quick weight loss workout, and also, many fitness professionals (note that I didn’t say experts), believe that the harder you work out, the more fat you will burn, but…

That’s a Lie!

The people who make these kinds of claims, obviously haven’t a clue how the human body works as it relates to weight control, and they should probably look for some other line of work.

The Fat Burning Workout Or Sugar Burning

Yes it’s true that fat is burnt in the muscles, but so is sugar. All the really hard exercises where you sweat a lot and your muscles hurt, is burning practically nothing but sugar, and almost no fat.

Most professional teach that you have to work really hard to burn fat, and so the more motivated you are to have a fat burning workout, the harder you work, and the harder you work, the more sugar you burn, but practically no fat whatsoever.

You can go through all kinds of weight lifting routines for your weight loss workout, and even build big muscles, but they will be “sugar burning muscles”, not fat burning muscles.

If you’re a woman, you can build such big muscles this way, that you’ll begin to look like a Guy, but you’ll still be fat!

Walking for Weight-Loss

Realize that “walking for weight loss” is the absolute best weight loss exercise available. Unless you’re already very fit, walking for weight loss is a much better fat burning exercise than running for weight loss.

It’s all relative!

If you’re unfit and overweight, especially if you’re obese and a typical couch potato, then…

If you go running for weight-loss, you’ll burn almost nothing but sugar and you’ll probably be very sore the next day.

On the opposite extreme, if you’re an experienced marathon runner, then your body is a very efficient “Fat Burning Machine”, which burns almost nothing but fat during a run.

However…

Just ordinary walking won’t do it for you, as there are 10 Secrets which we teach you in the free Slim America weight loss Project, which turns ordinary walking into a very efficient fat burning workout, but that’s not all…

Not only is walking for weight loss a fast weight loss exercise and the best fat loss workout, but it will also a rebuild your metabolism so that you burn more fat the rest of the day, even when you’re not exercising.

So you see, walking for weight loss, is really the best weight loss exercise available to you, because you really rebuild your metabolism, and that’s the key to permanent weight loss.
